Canibus just posted a bulletin on his MySpace page about him not being involved with Mic Club Music anymore.
The complete message;

Thank God he finally kicked Lou to the curb!

I'm assuming that he'll be with Waste Management for the time being.

I was skeptical about his association with WM initially but it seems K Solo has done a wonderful job of helping Bis out in terms of getting out there as of late.

This could be a very good look indeed.

I'm not sure what WM still exactly is, are they a record label or do they manage promotional stuff for artists, like get them shows and schedule them for events. I havent heard of any albums releasing on WM.

this move shouldn't really surprise anyone. Canibus will never be mainstream, and personally, i don't think he belongs in that category. i mean, Poet Laureate says it all. Canibus is far and beyond any mainstream rapper out there! ( and i say rapper because there is no true artists anymore! ) regardless, bis will always get the support from his true fans who really understand him. although, i am concerned if this will have a long term affect on Rip The Jacker 2. only time will tell.

Don't matter what label bis is on I'm still gonna buy his cd when it drops!
Bis is one of the illest MC's of my generation, and while he might never be mainstream like some of you say he got very close once, and could doit again! All he needs is the right production team behind him.

I really wish Bis would've stuck wit Stoupe the Enemy of Mankind; the production he did on Rip The Jacker was incredible. I don't know what Bis' plans are for getting signed, but I sure hope he gets some better producers.
