I read a short novel once, it was called
Stuck In Neutral...
^ That's about it.
Oh, and I nearly finished reading through
The Great Gatsby last year

... Am I missing out?
I got friends that chop through big ass books like BAM BAM BAM and they seem like they enjoy it... One of my friends did bad last year because he was spending his time reading instead of studying...

What the big deal?
Can someone recommend something really
BooM for me to read?

Delve into classic literature.
To Kill A Mockingbird, Catcher In The Rye, etc.
But probably one of most moving books is Rita Hayworth and The Shawshank Redemption, the original short story that was made into the film.
Hannibal is also a great book that is better than the film.

Fuck Those Books.Read to kill a mockingbird and I would call it average
If you actually want to finish a book with enjoying it from start to finish just get a book on whatever interests you. It's all about preference. If you like aliens, get a book on aliens or if you like pedophilia, get a book on that

It's sold over 30 million copies.
No book that sells 30 million copies is "average".

Tyrant man your gonna have to start reading if you don't want to die a horrible ignorant death.
Although, someone said once that "ignorance is Bliss". Which can be true. The less you know, the less you can be bothered about shit.
But... umm.. There's almost too much good shit out there to recommend.
I'd start with the major religions. Read the bible, knowing its a hoax, and then read the Koran and the Bagevaghita. Hmm..
Catcher in the Rye, i would highly recommend. I've read that several times. Currently I'm reading "The Stranger" by Albert Camus, and alot of Japanese graphic novels.

Hold up, did I just abbreviate A Streetcar Named Desire
Oh and for leisure reading, (damn did i just type "leisure reading"

) I'm reading smoe chomsky, machiavelli (still), and elegant universe, I haven't got round to delving into it, im still on the early chapters and the sad thing is i recommended my friend the book without really reading it myself and he's already finished
I've yet to have read To Kill A Mockingbird and Rita Hayworth, will keep a lookout for it...

Mockingbird is a classic. Read 1984, Animal Farm, anything by Oscar Wilde and avoid Russian literature- it's absolutely shit

Chuck Norris doesn't read books. He just stares at them until he gets the information he wants.

War and Peace + Crime and Punishment = Long-winded drivel. Avoid at all costs!
