Anyone have any experience with any of those schools that offer the opportunity to achieve an online degree?
... or how about simply online classes in general? Would you recommend?

I personally was always skeptical about the validity of an online degree, but from what I understand they're legit.
Online classes are okay- you won't get the one on one time or interaction with your professor, and there is generally a substantial amount of work involved but the credits are just as good were you to have taken the class in an actual classroom. Sometimes there are online debates with others who are taking the onliner involved, and come time to take the exam(s) you may need to find someone to proctor it for you (i.e. a professor, liscenced teacher, military officer, priest, etc.).
Hope that helps.

There's a couple things I like about taking online classes is you can pause and rewind the lectures, no dumb ass kids talking so you can't hear the professor and I can "go to class" after midnight!
