There are a lot of people who strive to go to ivy league colleges while others say that they're not worth the money.

Some spend half their lives paying their student loans so is it worth it to go to an ivy league college even though you would have to move to america where the dollar is about to become worthless.

i dont think i really understand what youre trying to get at...but my homie went to the most prestigious college in America (West Point/ARMY) and he's doing fine


also have friends that attend Harvard, Cornell and Yale, and they are fine


and furthermore...you dont HAVE to move to america to go to a prestigious school...does the name Oxford ring any bells?

If it's the education you're concerned about, it doesn't matter so much as where you go to school.
The course material for general studies is going to be pretty similar regardless of where you go. If you're talking specialized fields, that's a different story. Likewise, if you're concerned about the name of the college/university on your degree, that also makes a difference. I could have a 4.0 and extracurricular activities up the wazoo coming from a state university, and be up against someone from an Ivy League school for a job position. Who do you think they'll give the job to?

oxford is a good school.. there are plenty fine academic institutions outside the states... india's IIT system is a world class producer of dope engineers

Evanston township highschool is the best college education i have gotten so far

I go Devry University and it's really tight..

And please define "quality general education". If you want that, get a job.
