Timberland, not really hiphop, but its all i rock
nooooo, not Timberland. I worked for those guys for a few years. They rip people off, some of those boots that cost $140 are supposed to retail for $30. Perfect example, i had over 40 pairs because i paid the real price....they really don't care about customers. A couple of years ago they pulled their 10061 (wheat classic boot) out of their own outlets just so nobody could get them for cheap. This year they brought them back at $140 hoping nobody remembered them being cheaper there. Heads up, they're able to sell them as low as $79.
Also i remember them making me do a survey which i thought was racist. For every Black person that walked in or Young Hispanic regardless of their style i had to mark down that an Urban Customer walked in. It was to monitor lost prevention and see if we should bring in newly made "Urban Fit. If a white person regardless of how they looked walked in we had to mark "Recreational" which means let Timberland stay traditional.
Plus everyone made fun of the Europeans calling and asking for a UK 10. Timberland was wack. Oh, and i seriously don't know how people thought they were comfortable. As soon as business hours ended, everyone walked around in socks.
