Hey im having trouble getting back on Left 4 Dead. I want to play the game but I can't use the same code that was in the box because I don't know my email. I don't know my password either. How in the hell do you contact steam thru the phone? Or do you have to scan a copy of the code and send it via fax?

I don't know what to tell you here. Their website is www.steampowered.com. Check it out and see if they have a contact number. You'll probably have to verify your info. You gotta at least be able to remember your email address though. If not you gotta contact whichever site you had an email addy with.
